- Visit customers to evaluate how their tires perform in real-world conditions
- Investigate product claims and gather data for performance analysis
- Support sales teams and customers with technical advice
- Run training sessions and customer satisfaction surveys
- Work independently with guidance from the Field Services Manager
Požadujeme
- Background in agricultural, heavy machinery or OTR tires or related vehicles
- Hands-on mechanical skills and engineering experience (3+ years)
- BS degree in engineering, technology, or a science field
- Strong communication and data analysis skills
- Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel across Europe about 50% of the work time
